Ryan Steiner
Ryan Steiner was a second cousin to Melissa Steiner as well as a secessionist and leader of the Free Skye movement. At the end of the Fourth Succession War Melissa Steiner granted independence to several worlds along the Lyran Commonwealth border with the Draconis Combine. This newly independent state became known as the Free Rasalhague Republic. Emboldened by the recent independence of the Free Rasalhague Republic, Duke Ryan Steiner saw an opportunity for the Federation of Skye to become independent of the Lyran Commonwealth and launched a rebellion in 3034.
